Jim Emmerling, President
Jim was a shining star at WTOV-TV in Steubenville for more than a decade when he decided to fulfill his lifelong dream and start his own advertising/media company. Now with over 12 years, 50+ clients and 4 employees, EM-MEDIA is one of the Tri-State's largest and most well respected media companies.
A native of New Kensington, PA, Jim graduated from Pennsylvania State University, State College, PA with a BA in Speech Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and Social Psychology.
If not golfing, coaching youth athletics, or serving on local school boards, Jim enjoys rooting for his Nittany Lions. Jim's involved with many organizations, including a contributing Board Member of Progress Alliance and the Polish Athletic Club in Steubenville. Jim, his wife LeeAnn and four children reside in Steubenville.
Mark Prichard, Vice-President
After spending ten years in billboard and television production and sales, including stints with Kentucky tv stations WYMT-Hazzard and WLEX-Lexington and WTOV-TV-Steubenville,OH and Lamar Outdoor advertising, Mark joined EM-MEDIA in 1997. Mark is instrumental in producing creative ideas for EM-MEDIA clients and developing a knack for getting a marketing message across with clearly high recall value.
A native of Washington Courthouse, Ohio, Mark graduated from Morehead State University, Morehead, Kentucky with a BA in Radio/Television with a minor in Marketing. Mark coaches Upward Youth Basketball at Crossroads Christian Church and is a member of the Polish Athletic Club in Steubenville. Mark resides in Steubenville with his family.

Wayne Hardy, Media Specialist, Wheeling Manager
Wayne arrived at EM-MEDIA in July 2000 carrying nothing but a lunchbox after being in the radio advertising field for 17 years, five of which as General Sales Manager. Wayne's advertising experience has led him to expand his clientele over the past seven years to include 15 clients, ranging from furniture to financial services. Wayne excels by determining each of his clients needs and implements their campaign to achieve 'top of mind' awareness.
On a personal note, Wayne is originally from Hackensack, New Jersey (Exit 132), but now lives in Moundsville, WV with his wife Karen, daughters Alexis and Madison, and his 100 lb. Shepard/chow "Ally." Wayne is the Assistant Baseball coach for Union Local High School and enjoys camping with his family at Senecaville Lake.
Thomas Bayuzik, Public Relations
Tom is the most recent addition to EM-MEDIA , after serving as Executive Director of Progress Alliance, the economic development arm of Jefferson County, Ohio. Tom's held a variety of economic and community development positions throughout western Pennsylvania, including a stint in the Mayor's Office, City of Pittsburgh. Tom will lead EM-MEDIA's expansion of its community/economic development and political campaign services.
As a native Pittsburgher, Tom is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Political Science/Regional Planning. Tom enjoys the Steelers, golf, and Yueng-Lueng, although not necessarily in that order. Tom and his family reside in Pittsburgh.
Larae Greer, Graphic Designer, Steubenville Office Manager
Larae joined EM-MEDIA in June of 2004, upon graduation from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Graphic Design. Larae also holds a BS in Journalism with a concentration in advertising with minors in Business Administration and Psychology from West Virginia University. Larae is currently taking on-line multi-media classes from the Sessions School of Design.
Born and raised in Weirton, WV, Larae enjoys traveling with family and friends, she's a member of the Weirton Elks and the Weirton Area Historical Association.
